New Bugesera International Airport, Passenger Terminal
New Passenger Terminal in Bugesera, Rwanda to handle 2.5 million passengers and is the welcoming centrepiece of the airport development, with its spacious interior and wave form roof echoing the shape of the surrounding hills.
RVT Architects were instructed by our client, St. Boniface Roman Catholic Church, to develop a proposal for a Mixed Use Development on the West portion of their property that would involve Demolition of existing church halls on the west side of St Boniface Church and the provision of a New Parish Community Centre and the provision of New Residential Dwellings and Presbytery. The proposed development comprises 1 Large Parish Hall, 2 smaller halls, new flexible meeting rooms, Parish Offices, Retail Units and 10 residential flats in two blocks and associated landscaping.
Mixed use development comprising of business centre, shopping mall, a supermarket, an office development, residential tower and a high class
business hotel. The project is located along the main arterial road that leads from city centre to the international airport.
